Revision of electrical devices

Our company performs revisions of electrical devices up to the voltage level of 110 kV. Revisions of HV and VHV switches, disconnecting switches and switch isolators up to the voltage of 110 kV, revisions of electromechanical protection, revisions of transformers of HV / HV, HV / LV etc.

Epitaxial wafer

An epitaxial wafer is produced from silicon monocrystals with a diameter 100 and 150 mm. An epitaxial wafer is intended for use in semiconductor industry. Epitaxy is a process where another layer of monocrystal silicon is deposited on a substrate of monocrystal silicon.
